Privacy and your choices

915 On Blast is a community site. We measure how it’s used so we can make it better and show advertisers honest results — without knowing who you are unless you say it’s OK.

Your choices

What we always count (no identifier)

For every page view: the page (with private parts of the address removed), the website that sent you (just its name, like google.com), campaign tags in the link (like utm_source), whether you’re on a phone, tablet or computer, and page speed measurements. No cookie, no ID, nothing that links one visit to another. To stop abuse we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address for up to two days; the IP itself is never stored.

What we never send to analytics or ad companies

  • Who wrote an anonymous post, or anything that could reveal it.
  • Your name, handle, account, posts, comments or messages.
  • What you type into forms or search.
  • Card or payment details, addresses or order details.
  • Pages with community posts or videos (ad pixels run only on shop and advertising pages).

How long we keep it

  • Visit counts: 395 days.
  • Analytics IDs on those visits: removed after 90 days.
  • Where a visit came from (with analytics on): 90 days.
  • Ad-platform match codes on a purchase (with advertising on): 30 days.
  • Proof of your privacy choices: 25 months.

Analytics and advertising companies

None are turned on right now. If we add Google Analytics, PostHog, Meta, TikTok, Reddit or X, they will run only with your OK above, and this page will list them.

Advertisers who buy posts from us see where their own purchase came from (for example “Social” or a campaign name) and how many people clicked their link — never who.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising: advertising stays off on this browser and the choices above show “Opt-Out Request Honored.”
